TEIMAS is looking for Senior Account Executives for different business lines. If you’re a driven, smart, creative, organised, responsible and curious professional with a passion for sales, tech and for making a positive environmental impact, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you will focus on identifying, qualifying and securing new business opportunities with large enterprises, playing a key role in driving our growth and mission.

About the position 

You will work hand in hand with our CSO and will be part of a specialised sales department, which comprises more than 10 people.

Key responsibilities

  • Outbound prospecting.
  • Converting leads into new businesses.
  • Qualifying and taking a consultative approach on discovery calls.
  • Carrying out product demonstrations.
  • Preparing technical and financial proposals.
  • Providing support in client acquisition and relationship management, including meeting preparation and follow-up activities.
  • Traveling to visit potential customers and to attend trade fairs and events.
  • Having the ability to manage purchasing processes in large companies (RFI, RFP, RFQ, approvals, etc.).
  • Collaborating with other AEs and Management to improve our sales strategy and process.

About you

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, etc.
  • Over 10 years of experience in B2B consultative high-ticket sales, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Experience in corporate sales. Experience in IT sales is a plus.
  • Experience in industrial companies is a plus. 
  • Experience in waste management/circular economy/environment is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to grow the business and the ability to work in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment.
  • Complete fluency in English. Additional European languages are a plus.

Location

This role will be based in Santiago de Compostela.

The work model is hybrid.

Estimated travel for this position is between 25-30% of your time.
