The approval of the new Law on Waste and Contaminated Soil(Law 07/2022) in July 2022 opens a new stage in which the producer or initial holder of the waste will no longer delegate the responsibility for it and will have to ensure and document an adequate final treatment.
This law and its regulatory development open important topics of analysis that will be discussed on October 20 at the Círculo de Bellas Artes in Madrid, during the IX Forum on the Management of Industrial Waste.
The Association of Waste and Special Resources Management Companies (ASEGRE), which celebrates its 30th anniversary in 2022, will have speakers from the Ministry of Ecological Transition, the autonomous communities and the European Commission, as well as from all the links in the waste management chain.
The Forum will be sponsored by TEIMAS and AGQ Labs and registration is already open.
